► Once your request has been received, a participant waiver will be e-mailed to you requesting your e-signature. This signed document is required in order to finalize your request to an attend in-person event at Temple Israel.

► You will only be required to sign a waiver once, and not with repeat visits.

► The temple reserves the right to cancel in-person events if local conditions worsen or if we have to address a specific incident.
