Football, Food, Family and Faith is the theme of Men’s Club Shabbat this year at Temple Israel. Our guest speaker is former NFL Offensive Lineman Geoff Schwartz, and co-author of the popular book, “Eat my Schwartz.”

The Men’s Club will be supporting our religious school’s Bet Class on Friday night, and we will lead services Saturday morning followed by our delicious Kiddush Lunch.

On Sunday morning, we are hosting a breakfast with Geoff where he will answer questions on life as an elite Jewish athlete, world-class latke maven, and what it was like playing in the first game in NFL history where two Jewish brothers were on opposing teams.

Sunday’s breakfast is free, and open to all. However, a $5 donation per person would be greatly appreciated. Please
