For the Filling and Egg Wash:

¼ cup butter

¾ cup apricot jam

1 cup leftover cake crumbs

¾ cup chopped almonds (optional)

9 oz bittersweet chocolate

1 egg

1 tbs water

For the Streusel:

3 tbs sugar

6 tbs flour

3 tbs butter
