ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

Dear Temple Israel Family,

Thank you to each one of you who have embraced our programs, services, classes and helped us emerge from Covid with excitement and purpose of community.  Senior Rabbi Michael Wolk and Cantor Shira Lissek, along with Director of Congregational Education Rabbi Helene Kornsgold, create spirituality, warmth, learning opportunities, and engagement with our congregational family. Together we create connections and community.

The opportunities to engage have been endless over the past year.  You have been participating in our innovative Shabbat and holiday services, celebrating our congregational family simchas, learning in Temple Israel Religious School and weekly Rabbi-guided Torah study, and participating in our community Second Seder and the annual Winter Concert featuring Cantor Lissek.  Our professional staff under, the leadership of Karen Turk, assisted by enhanced sound and camera systems, budding technological improvements, and dedicated volunteers, operationally make all the “magic” happen.

The most important magic comes from you, our congregants.  Your annual commitment is our primary source of revenue along with permitted withdrawals from our endowments and fundraising efforts.  It takes more than $2.2 million dollars each year to keep our Temple vibrant and provide everything you have come to expect from Temple Israel.

Our annual membership renewal begins now.  Temple Israel is poised for greatness and growth. Your financial support is necessary and vital to the strength and vibrancy of our Temple Israel family.  Make a gift from your heart. We depend on each of you to sustain Temple Israel for today and years to come so you, your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will thrive at Temple Israel.  We are always here for you.

Please complete your annual membership renewal forms online (below) or return the forms by mail to Temple Israel by June 30.  High Holiday services for 5783 will include in-person services for all ages as well as our streaming option.
